All charts, readings, articles and reports provided by Oriental Fortune Teller (the "Service") are entertainment and personal-development products only. They draw on the Chinese Four Pillars (BaZi) tradition, a classical symbolic system, not an empirical science. The Service makes no claims of predictive accuracy.

2. No professional advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions of consequence. The Service must not be used as a substitute for professional judgment.

3. Digital products & refunds

Personalized reports are delivered as digital PDF downloads. Because each report is generated individually for the purchaser, we cannot accept returns of the digital file; however, if your report fails to deliver or is materially incomplete, contact orientalfortuneteller@outlook.com and we will regenerate it or refund your purchase, at your choice, within 14 days.

4. Age

The Service is intended for persons 18 years or older. Minors may use it only with parental consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape in bulk, or reverse-engineer the Service. We may limit automated access to protect the infrastructure.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on entertainment content.

7. Payment processing

Payments are processed by our Merchant-of-Record partners (Lemon Squeezy / Polar), whose customer terms apply to the transaction itself.
